What is the Church Planting Incubator?
We believe in church planting and aim to be a church planting church. The church planting incubator, therefore, is a strategic partnership between church planters and our local church to see them launched as effectively and healthily as possible.
What is involved in the incubator?
Successful applicants will spend 12–18 months as part of our team. As church planting fellows, they will experience:
- On-Site Training
Every planter will serve in multiple areas of all of our locations to gain experience of churches at different stages of development. From kids to campus ministry, worship to hospitality, the planter will see what it takes to start a church from multiple angles. - Theological Formation
Church planters will participate in regular discussions and assignments designed to grow them theologically, in partnership with Every Nation Theological Seminary and Leadership215. - Personal Mentoring
Each planter will be assigned a mentor from among the elders of Aletheia. - Every Nation's ABC3 Church Planting Structure
Those who successfully complete the incubator will be processed into the Every Nation ABC3 Church Planting Strategy. This includes assessment, boot camps, coaching, and consulting. - Funding and Resources
Those who successfully complete the incubator will gain access to up to 15% of their personal support funding and a range of funding options for their initial start up costs.
